When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the delivery report, please check whether the package of your product has any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing item, or if the package seal appears to be opened for any reason, please do not sign any delivery documents and return the package by requesting a damage report to be prepared by the courier. If you fulfill this obligation, your replacement products will be sent to you immediately. If products with damaged packaging or allegedly missing contents are accepted, we do not take responsibility for any damage to or shortage of the items inside. Please notify us of this situation in writing as soon as possible at [email protected], including your contract number.
